Collective is certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), as well as being a certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). Our company meets the requirements for industry-diverse supplier programs, as well as federal, state, and local WOSB contract programs.

What is WBE?

The WBENC was created in 1997 to serve as the leading national third-party certiﬁer for WBEs. The organization is built on an understanding of how women do business, learn, and network. The organization is also the nation’s leading advocate of women-owned businesses as suppliers to America’s corporations. There are about 1,200 WBE members. WOSB is a contracting program of the federal Small Business Administration.
